Firstly you will need to determine the IP address of mailserver handling your emails.
Look in your cPanel along the left side your IP address Is listed there.

The email settings for your mobile phone will be:

Protocol: POP3
Incoming server: ip address determined above
Incoming port: 110
Outgoing server: ip address determined above
Outgoing port: 25
Mailbox/username: yourname@yourdomain.co.za (use a + (plus sign) if you cannot, then enter an @)
Password: the password of your email account

e.g.

Protocol: POP3
Incoming server: 99.99.140.299
Incoming port: 110
Outgoing server: 99.99.140.299
Outgoing port: 25
Mailbox/username: test@yourdomain.co.za
Password: testpasswd
