what to look for when searching for a provider on hosting or reseller
hosting. Prior to moving to Crazyhost I had an account with another ISP
which turned out to be a waste of time, money and effort. I decided to look
again for a decent host local or international but with the best included
features and support.
Contacting Morne on pre sales question proved to me that Crazyhost is the
way to go for me and my business. I had my answers quickly and my account
was up and running. Luckily for Morne I did not bother him much setting up
the billing software included, which by far is the best time saver I have
seen in years. Not many hosts provide this added feature.
Often one tends to miss a small mistake or configuration error and asking
Morne for assistance is a pleasure every time. You'll get straight to the
fact answers to the problem at hand. Additional support often not required
by him also gets done for me which makes one sometimes feel that you are the
only client.
